Information and use
The portal can hold family names, relationships, contact details, birth dates, yahrzeits, occasions, photos, account information and messages. The website contact form collects what you enter. This information supports calendars, directories, reminders, messages and exports. Account and technical activity helps run the service.
Family control
The main account owner owns the data for that family and can request deletion through our contact form. Members and administrators have different access settings. Add information and photos only when you have the right to share them. Parents or the main account owner manage children's information. The service does not add a separate parental-consent step; this does not remove anyone's responsibility to obtain consent where required. There are no specific region or age limits.
Providers and browser storage
The service uses Supabase for backend/accounts, Cloudflare for website delivery and bot checks, and Resend for email. The portal also loads code from esm.sh. Browser storage supports account sessions and app settings; technical telemetry supports website operation.
Retention and requests
The family account owner can contact us to request deletion of their family's information. We verify the requester's authority first. Copies already sent to or saved by other people are outside our control. For correction or a copy of information, use the website contact form.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. No online service is completely secure. Contact us through the website form if you have a privacy or security concern.
